In these pictures you see the finished project. During our initial inspection of the front porch and supporting structures it was evident that almost all the lower surfaces were rotten. After years of exposure the previous paint had failed resulting in mostly cosmetic damage.
Once we got all the old and rotten lumber off the structure we were able to add protective coating to many of the free standing features. All of the railing was striped and refinished. We reused as much of the original lumber to save the home owner some cost.
